Institutional trust is borrowed; security and resilience determine whether it remains earned. I work on the moment between seeing something wrong and being able to do something about it, and on making attacks fail even when a person is fooled.

Since 2006, I have worked across telecom, business mobility, enterprise sales, and cybersecurity. My work focuses on the controls that become difficult to verify when identity, recovery, communications, and sensitive access move through the phone.
